Bay: Most travellers on a one year visit end up staying some amount of time in Sydney. Agencies are always helpful to backpackers if you want to do some temping. The city's numerous cafes, restaurants and bars will also employ backpackers in the hospitality trade. In smaller destinations bars and hostels sometimes can offer work to travellers. It is hard to go to Sydney without partying all night, at least once. Whether it is in the city or one of the suburbs, it is a fantastic city for socialising.
